How Do You Cook Bacon And Sausage In The Microwave Without It Exploding?

I would cook a nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, tomato, but wants to cook quickly. I had heard that you can cook sausages and bacon in the microwave, but I fear it could explode if I cook, especially sausages. Also, if the microwave usually remain pink and not turn brown? It can be cooked, but it looks very unappertising

I don't cook it in the microwave, because it tastes better cooked in the grill pan. If you are worried about your sausages getting cooked properly, then boil them first in water, then stick under the grill to brown.

Microwaves heat is almost identical to regular oven heat in terms of exploding food :). i've cooked those foods without any problem.

I cooked spam in the microwave before for 2:30 minutes and it exploded. I tried to find ways on how to cook it there safely. After many trials and error, I found out that the key was tissue. Before I cook any of those meat in the microwave I put tissue cover in it or even wrap it around in tissue. Tissue doesn't reduce the heat given to it by the microwave, so you could still cook it there in the shortest possible time. I dont use toilet paper coz thats just disgusting.

I personally would cook it like this: get a nice big cast iron skillet, cook off the bacon and sausages and hold them in a warm oven, then pour off the grease into a heatproof container, and use some of it to cook your scrambled eggs!
As for microwaving....Ew. I suppose you *could* cook your meat in a microwave, but kiss any browning (i.e. flavor) you'd get from pan-cooking goodbye. Just yuck.
If you *must* mic it and you don't want your sausage to explode, make sure you prick some holes in the casing, but you can still expect both the bacon and sausage to spatter fat all over the inside of your microwave during the cooking process. My mother used to cook such things in a bowl with a piece of paper towel laid across the top - this absorbed most of the flying grease. Don't expect it to taste very good, though. Due to the nature of microwave cooking, it'll be more steamed than fried.

Microwaved bacon is not so bad, but sausage can come out tough. First, you might want to to them seperately. The bacon can be done in under 2 minutes, depending on your microwave and the bacon.
For the sausage, cut it into near slices (slice, just not all the way through) to keep it from (1) exploding and (2) not fully cooking. Nevertheless, sausage will come out tough from a microwave - there's no way I've found to properly cook sausage in a microwave. You can cook it, sure, but it may be rubbery and tough.
Cover each with a paper towel to prevent spattering.
    Good luck!
