What Exercise Can Get Rid Of My Muffins (bulge That Sticks Over My Pants At The Back On The Sides)?

I exercise regularly and I eat well. I have tried things like side crunches, but they focus on the obliques at the front, I need an exercise that works on the sides of my lower back right down to my glutes.
