Residential Solar Power, Thin Film Solar Cells, and a History of Silicon Sourcing (part 7)

In this article we will document the three most common types of solar cells and how this technology has demonstrated for decades. It will also provide a brief history of silicon supply and explain why we have set for rapid growth back int the 90s and here we are again. Finally, we note that solar energy will change the solar energy industry as we know it (ie, thin film and nano-Sol). All these factors are good news for owners who want to upgrade to solar power. The following issues were highlighted in various degrees of detail, how a solar cell converts solar energy through the use of different types of silicon, using silicon and where it comes from, and a bit about the history of purchases of silicon in the past 18 years. The future of solar panels and solar house manufacturing as the solar energy industry has matured residential and has demonstrated sustained growth of around 40 percent per year, the silicon industry is now with a new production accounts and deposits raw materials. Many silicon refineries and new silicon supply companies to receive support and rapid progress towards production over the next twelve months. There are plans and announcements of several companies including General Electric, BP and others on the implementation of new silicon manufacturing plants at a fraction of the cost that we experience today. This is all exciting news for solar energy enthusiasts home and for those who want to upgrade to the residential solar energy. The silicon industry is or has been slow to increase total production capacity due to the tremendous growth in the 1990s that eventually when stale. The extreme growth expectations were hyped and many industry experts expected that the expansion in the 1990s. This simply does not happen 18 years ago. Fortunately, we are now experiencing a lot more market, social expectations of our movement to renewable energy and support of the government to switch to solar energy. In the past, made the solar silicon refining industry, solar panel manufacturers sign long term contracts at extremely high prices to ensure that not all silicon. For example, a solar manufacturing plant had to stop production to a trickle due to the shortage of silicon. Economy has been amended since 2006 to carry out extensive viable silicon contracts at better prices. Nano-solar and thin film solar cells: The future "We are now on the threshold of a revolution in solar energy at home. Manufacturers of solar power and began to manufacture new solar modules that do not use silicon at all. There are alternative materials using nano-technology and will radically change consumption and production of solar electricity. Often the latest technologies such as thin film or nano-solar cells, is experimenting with little or no actual field tests. This is not true for many of the silicon-based solar cells on the market today. Homeowners now have the opportunity to rent housing solar energy systems and purchase activity by expensive rent. Since there are now major sources of silicon, homeowners can now choose to upgrade to the large-scale solar power in many markets in the U.S. once thought that once too expensive to install residential solar systems. Silicon supply sources for the Home Solar Energy Systems The materials used to manufacture solar cells today is richer element called silicon. One might think of this in the best sense of the sand when melted and added several other factors make everything from computer chips to bottles of beer. The availability of solar grade silicon has been one of the limiting factors in the industry of solar module manufacturing in recent years. The story goes something like this. Silicon solar cells are produced in large scale, expensive to build processing plants. "Well, it's not just sand?" One might ask. Of course, primarily silica sand, but with a lot of pollution. Solar grade silicon is highly refined silicon that is purified through gasification and then "doped" with impurities to create exactly the free electrons, which are explained in the following articles. There are basically 3 types of silicon entering today's installed solar today: 1. Silicon Crystals: A silicon atom has a positively charged nucleus surrounded by negatively charged electrons. The silicon is critical of its structure. It has 4 electrons around its nucleus, which allows easy joining with different elements and their organization in the crystal. Crystals conduct electricity much better than randomly organized elements. The 4 electrons in orbit can bond with other electrons revolving around the different parts. Each silicon atom is connected with 4 atoms of silicon to build a perfect model, repeating crystalline structure. 2 Mono crystal silicon: Silicon is produced in large cylinders, which are cut into wafers that become individual solar cells. 3 In polycrystalline silicon: silicon liquid is poured into small containers and cooled. Emerging Access to Home Solar Energy System Want to know how to rent a solar electric system for your home? Well, it's pretty simple. You basically pay a fixed monthly subscription fee like they do today for a satellite antenna or other equipment you rent. The solar system rental rate is calculated based on a number of factors, the average monthly energy consumption, the available tools and sources of net metering, and the price per kWh in its market. A solar engineer comes to your home, look at your roof size, angle and shading system size for location. Go solar and use of renewable energy, solar energy becomes easier every day. The following article explains in detail why the purchase of silicon has slowed the overall residential solar market in the past. This is not the case more and more present every day for a typical home owner thinking about solar power and renewable solar energy.

In Solargies plan to make the right to use eco, green solutions available to American homeowners. My role includes leadership, communication and training related to the introduction of performance car solar energy. We offer owners the opportunity to rent a solar electric system and avoid the large initial investment in solar technology. Read more at: => http://www. solargies. com / solar_panel_rentals. htm
