This solar panel is fun to play, but you can not deliver enough power to be useful. There are probably enough to charge small batteries or run small motors and electronics, but not enough to keep a car the size 12v battery charged. I think his intention of remaining in a parked vehicle that starts with a fully charged battery, and simply offset the natural loss of the battery voltage over time. If you are thinking about using a battery of each day and back up to full power with solar, you need to get a bigger one.

The product itself is great. I have several. It is used to hard work, but my newer cars off the lighter socket when not running. So no, the charger is not doing anything. Yes, I could get the cigarette lighter socket Rewired. What I loved about this was how easy it was. Take Rewired my car to be used is not what I think is simple. Great product. Terrible new cars.

I have a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, of the outlets when the engine is off. I have my own stores, as always, like most American-brand vehicles. I installed this device on my 12v making, I left my FJ in 5 days (as usual) and my new battery fully drained. The battery is exhausted, so that the overhead lights and power locks not working, this battery was only 1 month old and works great. I do not know if it was a defective unit or a problem with my car, not making my answering machine again, and not answer the phone. I returned this product and is currently waiting for my refund from Amazon.

I bought this because my car has a GPS device to record where I go. The device is connected all the time. When it's cold, my battery had died on Monday morning, not to drive over the weekend. This does not solve my problem. I do not product failure.
