The product is very nice and works as advertised. Sunsei did a good job for the most part. The only problem with the design, the lid that covers 2 sockets on the power releases easily and is easily lost. Apart from that the only problem to receive it, had two large cracks in the glass. Still works, but it is not weatherproof. You can not see them until you open and remove the panel from the blisters. Mine shipped from Vermont to Chicago via UPS. Even if the box had "Fragile" printed on it, do not take good care of sending it. In the future, I look for this type of product in a shop in outdoor recreation in the area.

I bought this adapter to help my tent trailer battery when camping are offline. It would seem an excellent choice for the job, I like all different cables and adapters that come with it. But as another reviewer noted, my panel was damaged. Not only some cracks, but were crushed. The box was marked fragile, but it was not that Lunches. No Styrofoam, no plastic bags, pillow, only a few crumpled up paper for extra space on the shipping box. Shipping box even rise much. I called customer service and was very pleased with its rapid change. However, the replacement unit arrived in the same way. Shattered. And I gave my money back. Sunsei I bought a similar unit at a local store and have been happy with him. Amazon, or you have a lot of defective product on the shelf, or you need to change the way you send fragile items. Or both.

This is a good small solar panel and I'm not disappointed that I bought it. I would buy one if needed. I do not know how waterproof they have not used in the rain. If you need a good bit of solar panels on which I would suggest you buy this as it is a good quality. . Cheers.

I need this because I use a deep cycle battery to run a minn Kota 30 lbs thrust engine drag. I bought the SE-500 about 2 weeks and I loved it, loved it so. I bought this to recharge the battery in my kayak, and did the job very well. It took a couple of days, but got the job done. Yesterday I was loading my kayak in the back of my car and had left the cell in the top of my kayak. As I was loading my SE-500, a right to leave and hit the ground face down. I thought to myself, O-SH **! Well it seemed so far away I thought it was okay, but good. . . . not so much. . . . . . I contacted the company to see if they could help. They said: "Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover physical damage. We do not have service centers to repair the unit, either. "So, okay, that was my fault. . . . but the service centers? I just bought this thing, now is a piece of garbage?! On their website also says, "Sunsei ® is a customer-centric company. Even before the purchase decision-making, through our technical support guarantees, we are known for our commitment to customer satisfaction and expert advice. "Customer Satisfaction Survey, not Service Centers. . . . Hmmmmm thank God I did not buy one of their more expensive models. If you buy one of the things that are good, but not always damage, dropping or hitting a rock, baseball, hail, ice, and there would be a lot of children playing around him or, will be expensive, very fast. . . . no service center to repair the damage of his guilt or not. . . .
