TERMS OF SERVICE FOR AUTHORS:

By submitting your article(s) to us;

1. You assert that you are the original article author and own full copyrights to it.
2. To encourage increased traffic for your articles, once your article is published, it may be distributed to our Article Directory partners, RSS feeds, and to our real-time daily or weekly email alerts newsletters.
3. To ensure that every published article is of highest quality, it is the team’s duty to review every submitted article and sole discretion to decide if the article can be published and for how long. We reserve the right to remove your article(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason. We may review author account membership for termination if there is no article submission activity 1 month from the date of sign-up. This is to encourage more active participation from our members.
4. The Editorial Team reserves the right to redefine a more appropriate category for your published articles from the original category submitted by the author for better exposure.
5. We will not request any forms of payment from both authors and publishers. All credits will be solely owned by the author under the resource box.
6. Article Directory – RightOnClick Everytime may include ads of similar context to aid readers who may be in need of a particular product/service. We reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your articles as a free value-added service.
7. To ensure your article conforms to the editorial guidelines, our editors may edit your article accordingly. Read our editorial guidelines prior to submitting to facilitate the article review and approval process.
8. Article Directory – RightOnClick Everytime may at any time provide your articles in other languages for our partner sites. This is to increase the readership and will help the author gain maximum exposure with all credits and copyrights still retained by the author under the resource box.
9. We require publisher(s) to follow our reprint TOS as stated below, but you acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for publishers is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates your copyright — it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests.
10. We do not accept any articles with direct affiliate links in them. However, it is acceptable to forward/redirect to an affiliate link from the top-level of a domain name you own. For example, it is permissible to forward to an affiliate link from:http://your-company-name.com/…but it would not be permissable to forward to an affiliate link from:

http://your-company-name.com/page.html

http://your-company-name.com/subdirectory/

http://your-company-name.com/subdirectory/page.html

TERMS OF SERVICE FOR PUBLISHERS:

Kindly adhere to the following before republishing submitted articles from our authors:

1. If you wish to publish/reprint any article from our site in your ezine, website, blog, forum, RSS feed or print publication, you must follow:
   1. NO Changes to title and content of original article, including Resource Box at bottom of article
   2. NO Changes to links found in original article, and to ensure all links are active. i.e: clickable with no syntax changes.
   3. INDICATE the source from which you obtain the article below each republished article, ensuring that the source link is active. In this case:

1. 1. NO Inclusion to sites containing copyrights infringements such as promotion of pirated softwares, music, p2p networks, or similar nature. Other not allowed sites include those listed under pornography/adult material, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual or group, have insulting, obscene, contain profanity, Hacking/cracking content, bomb creation, support for terrorism/ radicalism/ religious fanaticism, illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia, steroid use or advocacy, weapon/ firearms/ ammunition/ balisongs/ butterfly knives or brass knuckles, promotion of hard alcohol/tobacco-related products or prescription drugs, any content that is a violation of any law, be considered defamatory, libelous, or infringes on the legal rights of others.
   2. NO Reprint of any article via any unsolicited email, spamming, or pop up ads.
   3. NO Selling of any article from the Article Directory – RightOnClick Everytime directory.
   4. NO request for payment from others to view articles from our site.
   5. NO include the rel=nofollow tag in your HREF statements.
   6. NO creation of audio or video derivatives from the content from our site
   7. NO creation of derivative works from our content.
   8. NO add any active links to any article you reprint from our site. This unethical behavior would lead someone to believe falsely that the author of the article endorses the active link when in fact there is no truth to that.
   9. NO reprint of any author photo or images found on our site.
   10. NO usage of article crawlers, rogue bots, site scrapers or any automated script/software or method that attempts to mine the article content on Article Directory – RightOnClick Everytime. We will block your access to our site and/or membership for such violation.
2. Article Directory – RightOnClick Everytime bears no responsibility for any of our newsletter, RSS feeds or site content published.
3. While Article Directory – RightOnClick Everytime does not generally own the copyright to the articles found within our site, we do have permission for publishing them.
4. If you violate any of the above terms of service and/or any author copyright when reprinting articles from our site, you agree to be held liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages awarded upon a copyright infringement lawsuit that may be brought against you.
5. You acknowledge that Article Directory – RightOnClick Everytime has the sole right to revoke these reprint rights at any given time for any reason provided you’re given 48 hours written notice via email or via fax or via telephone or via postal mail. If you’re unreachable, you also agree that we may contact your web hosting provider to reach you and serve this notice. Upon receiving notice from us, you will have 24 hours to immediately remove every article you received from us and must provide us with a written reply indicating that you have complied with our request in order to mitigate further action against you and your business to enforce this covenant.

General Issues:

Article Directory – RightOnClick Everytime reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
